This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional instruction while utilizing a pre-established curriculum.
• Guide doctoral students and engage in doctoral committees.
• Offer constructive feedback to facilitate successful program completion.
• Be accessible within 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays, via phone, email, and the online courseroom.
• Travel domestically within the US to participate in doctoral residencies.
• Leverage the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience.
• Set high expectations and clearly communicate evaluation standards to students.
• Comply with university policies and procedures.
• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
• Engage in additional activities as needed by the university.
• Accept ongoing assignments based on expertise and institutional needs.
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel to and teach at residencies 3–4 times annually, with each residency lasting between 4 and 12 days; selected candidates are expected to attend at least half of these events.
• Strong understanding of academic evaluation processes.
• Proficient in oral presentation, planning, and organization of course objectives.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with academic technology.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Capability to handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism and ethics.
• Professional experience in the relevant field: a minimum of two years for undergraduate instruction and three years for graduate-level teaching.
• Research, scholarship, or recognized achievements in the discipline are essential for graduate-level instruction.
• Experience at the doctoral level conducting and overseeing research in the field.
• School Psychology candidates: Ed.D., Ph.D., or Psy.D. from a regionally accredited institution.
• School Psychology candidates: NCSP (National Certification in School Psychology) is mandatory.
• Clinical Psychology candidates: Ed.D., Ph.D., or Psy.D. from a regionally accredited institution.
• Clinical Psychology candidates: Must hold an active license as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Must be capable of accessing information via a computer.
• Must meet critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication standards relevant to job responsibilities.
• Must be willing to work over 40 hours per week when required by business needs.
