This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-quality instruction utilizing a pre-established curriculum
• Guide doctoral learners and engage in doctoral committees
• Offer constructive feedback to support learners in achieving success
• Remain accessible within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via phone, email, and in the courseroom
• Travel domestically within the US to attend doctoral residencies
• Utilize the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience
• Set high expectations and clarify evaluation criteria for learners
• Comply with University policies and procedures
• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as necessary
• Engage in additional activities as per the university's requirements
• Accept ongoing assignments based on expertise and institutional needs
• Candidates must be willing and capable of traveling to and teaching at residencies 3–4 times annually, with each residency lasting between 4 to 12 days; selected candidates are expected to partake in at least half of these events
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the discipline is required for undergraduate level, and three years for graduate level
• Research, scholarship, or notable achievements in the discipline are required for graduate-level candidates
• Doctoral-level experience in conducting and supervising research in the discipline is essential
• Proven understanding of academic evaluation processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the University
• Competence in oral presentation skills, as well as planning and organizing course objectives
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
• Demonstrated familiarity with academic technology
• Strong computer proficiency
• Capacity to manage potentially stressful situations in a professional and ethical manner
• School Psychology applicants must hold an Ed.D., Ph.D., or Psy.D.
• School Psychology candidates are required to possess NCSP - National Certification in School Psychology
• Clinical Psychology applicants must have an Ed.D., Ph.D., or Psy.D.
• Clinical Psychology candidates need to hold an active license as a Clinical Psychologist
• All degrees must be conferred by a regionally accredited institution
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
• Ability to access information using a computer is required
• Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills relevant to job responsibilities
• Effective communication with colleagues is essential
• Willingness to work over 40 hours per week when business needs demand it
• Three years of teaching experience is preferred
