Part-Time Faculty, Applied Behavior Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional instruction utilizing a pre-established curriculum.

• Guide doctoral students and engage in doctoral committees.

• Offer constructive feedback to facilitate successful course completion.

• Be reachable within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via phone, email, and in the online courseroom.

• Travel within the United States to participate in doctoral residencies.

• Leverage the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience.

• Set rigorous standards and clarify evaluation criteria.

• Comply with University policies and procedures.

• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as necessary.

• Engage in additional activities based on university requirements.

• Instruct asynchronous 10-week GuidedPath courses and assist learners in their progress through discussions and feedback on assignments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ed.D., Ph.D., or Psy.D. is mandatory.

• BCBA/BCBA-D certification is required.

• All degrees must be awarded and obtained from a regionally accredited institution.

• Required certificates, licenses, and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be submitted.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the field is required for undergraduate instruction and three years for graduate instruction.

• Research, scholarship, or notable achievements in the discipline are necessary for graduate-level teaching.

• At the doctoral level, experience in conducting and supervising research within the discipline is essential.

• Three years of teaching experience is preferred.

• Proven knowledge of academic evaluation processes.

• Strong oral presentation capabilities, along with planning and organizing course objectives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated understanding of academic technology.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Capacity to manage potentially stressful situations in a professional and ethical manner.

• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.

• Ability to access information via a computer.

• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs require.

• Must be able to travel occasionally within the United States.
