Part-Time Business Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration of components within the Ibotta application.

• Facilitate communication and gather feedback across departments to ensure alignment on best practices and procedures for campaign setup and performance.

• Proactively identify potential issues and suggest alternative setup or delivery methods.

• Remain updated on internal system changes and enhancements, educating affected departments accordingly.

• Recognize, assess, and assist in resolving technical issues in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.

• Collaborate closely with the Analytics team to tailor content for distinct consumer segments.

• Detect error patterns and work together with various teams to implement mitigation strategies or develop cost-effective tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in technical tools: G Suite and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to thoroughly and efficiently learn a variety of technical systems.

• Capability to work collaboratively across departments to address and resolve issues.

• A keen interest in learning and effectively navigating internal technical systems.

• Residency in Nevada is required.

• Availability to work up to 25 hours, Monday through Friday between 2pm–7pm MST.

• Willingness to work on one weekend day if necessary.

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older.

• Access to a reliable internet connection is mandatory.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to handle data securely, recognize and report phishing attempts, and report security incidents.
