Part-Time Business Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration of components within the Ibotta application

• Facilitate communication and gather feedback across departments to establish best practices and procedures

• Proactively identify potential issues and suggest alternative methods for setup or delivery

• Keep abreast of updates and changes in internal systems, educating affected departments accordingly

• Identify, assess, and assist in resolving technical challenges in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams

• Collaborate closely with Analytics to tailor content for specific consumer segments

• Detect error patterns and work cross-functionally to implement mitigation strategies or develop cost-saving tools

• Proficient in technical skills: G Suite and Excel

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to thoroughly and efficiently learn a variety of technical systems

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to address and troubleshoot issues

• Keen desire to learn and effectively navigate internal technical systems

• Must reside in Colorado

• Availability to work one weekend day if required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Access to reliable internet is essential

• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States
