Park Ballot Chase Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage in daily communication with the Ballot Chase Manager

• Foster relationships within the community

• Motivate individuals to submit their ballots

• Create a community networking system

• Identify and track low-propensity voting behaviors in precincts throughout a designated area

• Collaborate with the Ballot Chase Manager to achieve objectives, nurture community connections, and monitor data on a daily basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field staff, grassroots campaigns, or a related field

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities

• Proficient with Google Drive, including Google Docs and Sheets

• Knowledgeable and skilled in using Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

• Willingness to carry out all specified responsibilities and additional tasks as assigned

• Strong interest in conservative politics

• Flexible and enthusiastic about dynamic, self-directed work

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

• Self-starter with intrinsic motivation

• Punctual and responsive

• Exhibit ethical and responsible conduct

• Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new approaches

• Must live within three miles of the ZIP code specified in the job posting

• Experience in grassroots organizing

• Team management experience

• Possession of a valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Proof of insurance when applicable

• Must successfully pass a background check
