This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the review, drafting, and revision of standard commercial contracts, such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and purchasing contracts.
• Oversee the administration of the contract lifecycle, including intake, routing, tracking, execution, and archiving within the contract management system.
• Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and internal company policies.
• Monitor and report on legal KPIs using Agiloft, MIRO, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect information and facilitate the execution and renewal of agreements.
• Enhance and maintain the contract management database, including repository organization, naming conventions, and version control.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives by tracking regulatory requirements, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with compliance reports and filings.
• Provide support for intellectual property administration, including trademark maintenance, filing coordination, and docketing assistance.
• Draft legal documents, presentations, summaries, and correspondence under the direction of attorneys.
• Coordinate with external counsel on matter management logistics, document collection, billing reviews, and status tracking.
• Support Videojet’s global in-house legal team in areas such as contract administration, legal research, compliance, and legal operations.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration role within a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Possession of a paralegal certificate, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing contract documentation, legal filings, or matter administration with high accuracy and organization.
• Experience in supporting commercial contracting within a global manufacturing, industrial, or technology environment.
• Knowledge of intellectual property administration, including trademark docketing and filing procedures.
• Background in compliance monitoring, regulatory research, or corporate governance support.
• Familiarity with e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) and enterprise procurement or ERP systems.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Proficient in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, document management systems, or legal databases.
• Excellent written communication skills with a proven ability to draft, proofread, and edit legal documents clearly and accurately.
