This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the CoinOut app release strategy across iOS and Android platforms in various countries.
• Act as the main liaison for internal developers and backend engineering teams.
• Participate in scrum and sprint ceremonies while monitoring stories, timelines, and dependencies.
• Perform final quality assurance, confirm build readiness, and authorize app releases and store deployments.
• Identify opportunities for app functionality improvements and collaborate with Product Management to define requirements.
• Drive UX redesign and rebranding projects in collaboration with design, branding, and product teams.
• Oversee panel health, lifecycle metrics, panelist experience, and daily data collection efficiency.
• Report anomalies, declines in participation, and issues impacting data quality or volume.
• Manage panelist communications regarding outages, significant releases, and operational events.
• Execute monthly panel projection models for forecasting and operational strategy.
• Address app issues, disruptions in data collection, user-reported concerns, ingestion problems, and system-level challenges.
• Facilitate operational communication among engineering, QA, analytics, engagement, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Oversee CoinOut’s operational profit and loss, monitoring costs, variances, and efficiency opportunities by country.
• Coordinate the implementation of CoinOut's incentive and monetization strategies.
• Generate monthly KPI reports that include app performance, panel activity, and data quality metrics.
• Evaluate CoinOut against competitor applications and provide recommendations for UX, features, and market positioning.
• 4–8 years of experience in mobile app project management, product operations, or digital program management.
• Comprehensive understanding of agile development methodologies and mobile app release protocols.
• Experience collaborating with external development agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
• Familiarity with technical systems, data flows, and issue triage in engineering and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, operational reporting, and budgeting/P&L oversight.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
• Capability to execute mobile app releases on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience in QA, app-store deployments, panel health management, data collection, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
