This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects for the Pain Insights & Analytics team.
• Collaborate with analytics leads and business owners to establish project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, status updates, meeting schedules, and action trackers.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders in omnichannel analytics, brand analytics, forecasting, and market insights.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively escalate or resolve issues as needed.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional partners to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Assist in the planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Monitor progress against deliverables and support the achievement of timelines and business objectives.
• Prepare project updates for team members and leadership.
• Advocate for project management best practices and establish consistent operational methods across initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Analytics, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, analytics, insights, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle several initiatives simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to coordinate across teams and drive progress within a matrixed environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain structure amidst changing priorities.
• Ability to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting strategic planning, analytics, insights, or commercial operations workstreams.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Understanding of project tracking, milestone planning, and risk management practices.
• Comfort working with analytics, reporting, and insights teams.
• Ability to manage project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Preferred: familiarity with forecasting, targeting, market research, and/or analytics capability development.
• Preferred: exposure to commercial analytics, omnichannel analytics, or brand analytics.
• Preferred: understanding of insights generation and analytics processes in a business context.
• Preferred: experience in supporting large-scale market research initiatives or cross-functional capability builds.
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong partnerships across teams.
• Eligible for overtime pay in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Compensation and medical benefits, fringe benefits, and other employment terms will be provided by the third-party agency partner upon offer.
• Opportunity for contract extension from 6 months to 12 months.
