Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Develop static advertisements for Meta across various placements including feed, stories, and reels.

• Produce short motion ads and animated renditions of static advertisements, featuring product animations, kinetic typography, and basic UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into diverse concepts and variations for testing purposes.

• Refine successful ads by introducing new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze CTR, CVR, and ROAS performance and determine the next testing strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and trends within the CPG and supplement advertising sectors.

• Contribute fresh creative concepts to the team.

• Ensure brand consistency while crafting performance-oriented creative materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing paid social ads, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta ads that have been published, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable working with motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.

• Capability to generate numerous high-quality variations swiftly.

• Understanding of performance marketing principles and the importance of attention-grabbing first frames.

• Ability to accept and implement feedback effectively.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage personal workload and meet deadlines.

• Experience in supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiarity with AI image and video creation tools within a production environment.

• Experience designing for TikTok, YouTube, or Google paid platforms.

• Basic copywriting skills for creating compelling headlines and hooks.
