This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and enhance paid search and paid social initiatives utilizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Create strategies for keywords and audience targeting, including bidding, budgeting, and ad organization across various product lines and regions.
• Coordinate conversion strategies with MQL, SQL, and pipeline funnel stages.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Inside Sales to enhance lead quality and acceptance.
• Manage paid media investments to optimize pipeline contributions while ensuring a reasonable customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Initiate and document structured experiments focusing on ad copy, creative elements, audience segments, bidding tactics, and offers.
• Work with Marketing Operations and Content teams to enhance landing page relevance, form performance, and overall post-click experience.
• Maintain campaign naming standards, change logs, budget pacing, and quality assurance processes across platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports along with actionable insights to marketing leadership.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly planning sessions, performance forecasting, budget allocation, and alignment of channel strategies.
• Report directly to the Manager of Marketing Campaigns and collaborate with Marketing Operations, Analytics, Content/Creative, and Inside Sales teams.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns; proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Experience linking paid media performance to pipeline and revenue metrics, beyond just clicks or lead volume.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; adept at extracting performance data, identifying trends, and translating metrics into actionable insights.
• Ability to operate across various regions, product lines, and stakeholders within a B2B context.
• Excellent organizational skills, including adherence to naming conventions, documentation practices, and structured testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS or fintech/insurtech is advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities and skill in prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Critical and innovative mindset; capable of recommending enhancements and constructively challenging oneself and team members.
