P2P BD Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and onboard a significant number of P2P merchants throughout the LATAM region.

• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and established LATAM countries.

• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with merchants, payment partners, and local representatives.

• Keep track of local regulatory environments, competitor activities, and payment trends.

• Take ownership of and achieve P2P trading volume, merchant count, and revenue key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Work collaboratively with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.

• Represent Bybit at local cryptocurrency and fintech events, meetups, and conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or payments sectors.

• Comprehensive knowledge of P2P trading mechanisms and the cryptocurrency landscape in LATAM.

• Proficiency in Spanish (mandatory).

• Comfortable utilizing KPIs and data analytics to monitor performance and present results.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with local payment methods such as PIX, SPEI, and PSE.

• Understanding of regulatory specifics across LATAM nations.

• Possessing an existing network of merchants, traders, or payment agents in LATAM is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in Portuguese is a strong benefit.

• Previous experience at a cryptocurrency exchange or P2P platform.

• English proficiency for internal communication purposes.
