This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Respond to incoming emergency maintenance calls from tenants.
• Evaluate and prioritize maintenance issues (identify urgency and next steps).
• Reach out and coordinate with third-party emergency maintenance vendors.
• Effectively communicate issue specifics to vendors.
• Verify vendor dispatch and provide estimated arrival times.
• Follow up with tenants to ensure technician arrival.
• Monitor job progress and confirm its completion.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups with tenants to gather feedback.
• Record all interactions and updates in the system.
• Proficient spoken English.
• Exceptional phone communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to stay composed under pressure and manage challenging tenants.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Experience with property management processes (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with call handling systems (e.g., Vonage).
• Knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems.
• Background in property management, maintenance coordination, or call handling is preferred.
• 100% REMOTE.
