Senior Corporate Travel Consultant — Bilingual (English)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service to corporate clients specializing in international travel, ensuring the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and each client’s unique requirements.

• Execute quotes, reservations, ticketing, and reissuance for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and various travel services.

• Utilize systems such as Sabre, NDC, E-LATAM, and others at an advanced level.

• Offer specialized consulting services, advising on the best routes and fares.

• Ensure adherence to clients' travel policies.

• Provide support to travelers before, during, and after their journeys, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Respond quickly and effectively to travel emergencies, delivering immediate assistance and identifying efficient solutions to ensure the safety of travelers and the continuity of their trips.

• Oversee the complete travel service and trip administration process with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality delivery, guaranteeing an optimal client experience.

• Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in customer service, including quoting, booking, ticketing, and reissuing for domestic flights, hotels, car rentals, coach travel, travel insurance, and group air/hotel/tour bookings.

• Familiarity with car rental and airline systems, as well as accommodation booking platforms at a user-level.

• Demonstrated experience in travel agencies or Travel Management Companies (TMCs), focusing on corporate services.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Sabre GDS and online booking tools (OBT).

• Proficiency in utilizing airline web portals.

• Advanced English language skills are mandatory.
