This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the classroom environment to ensure effective learning.

• Exhibit expertise in competency-based education, computer-assisted instruction, collaborative learning techniques, and student engagement through classroom evaluations.

• Maintain lesson plans that align with the course content.

• Design innovative and engaging training sessions for learners.

• Collaborate with the academic department to create integrated learning experiences.

• Provide assistance with job placements, military options, college pathways, post-secondary education, and securing primary credentials.

• Establish industry partnerships that may lead to work-based learning, internships, and successful job placement outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates Degree.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

• Capability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.

• Proficient in mathematical concepts and their applications in practical scenarios, including probability, statistical inference, and proportions.

• A valid State Driver’s License is recommended.

• Certification or experience in a vocational trade is preferred.

• For the National Trade Council, the instructor must possess certification from a union or trade organization or a national trade certifying body.
