This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects while engaging with assigned clients to enhance sales and profit margins for products and services.
• Execute direct sales and account management initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Evaluate customer requirements and suggest suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and management representatives within client organizations.
• Create and present sales bids, proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Design and implement strategies for dealer and customer acquisition within the designated territory.
• Recognize opportunities and finalize agreements as the key driver for regional growth.
• Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting and initial contact to conversion and long-term client retention.
• Enhance the sales funnel through systematic testing, disciplined efforts, and regular follow-ups.
• Serve as a senior consultant to external partners, facilitating their growth potential.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Repair and showcase the product.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in autonomous robotics, commercial landscaping, golf, or outdoor power equipment (OPE).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to convey complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
• Skill in establishing strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
• Native or professional fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in Mandarin and any additional language is a plus.
• Capacity to repair and demonstrate the product.
• Experience in golf, commercial landscaping, and autonomous robotics mowing is highly desirable.
