This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to targeted patients using pre-established lists and attempt to schedule appointments.
• Manage multiple outreach attempts per patient while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Professionally engage with patients via phone for the majority of the workday.
• Guide conversations while ensuring warmth and integrity throughout.
• Introduce Motion MSK as a viable care solution to patients who may be unfamiliar with the company.
• Build trust by actively listening, validating concerns, and providing personalized education.
• Customize messaging to meet the needs of each patient.
• Ethically convert patients into care that aligns with their individual needs.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation in internal systems.
• Capture actionable information for healthcare providers.
• Track the status of patient outreach and outline next steps.
• Schedule initial appointments within specified timelines.
• Ensure timely follow-up and compliance with outreach and scheduling SLAs.
• A patient-first mindset characterized by a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare, patient services, care coordination, or similar patient-facing roles.
• Experience in high-volume call environments, particularly with outbound outreach responsibilities.
• Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone while meeting structured outreach and performance goals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in consultative conversations.
• Capable of following structured workflows or scripts while exercising sound judgment and adaptability.
• Experience interacting with diverse populations and managing hesitant or challenging conversations.
• Highly self-directed, able to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
• Availability to work hours aligned with the Pacific time zone.
• A private, secure remote workspace that safeguards PHI and facilitates HIPAA-compliant patient interactions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with musculoskeletal care, physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
