This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Deliver services to a varied patient demographic, averaging 50 patients weekly or around 8–12 daily.
• Administer evidence-based psychotherapy along with medication management.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide care through a telehealth platform.
• Offer support to colleagues and supervisors.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Possibility of advancing into supervisory or leadership positions.
• Contribute to clinical training programs and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Operate within a multidisciplinary team of over 160 mental health professionals while maintaining psychiatric decision-making authority.
• Report directly to the Medical Director; no supervisees.
• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Completed a Psychiatry residency program, encompassing diverse rotations including Primary Care.
• Currently holds an active and in good standing Medical Doctor license in at least one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts.
• Possesses an active and unrestricted medical practice license along with a DEA number for at least one approved state.
• Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to supporting Psychotherapy treatments.
• Familiarity with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT.
• Experience treating patients in an outpatient environment.
• Background in telehealth/telemedicine.
• Capability to prescribe medications.
• Ability to document concurrently during patient sessions.
• Strong clinical knowledge coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Skills in patient education and diagnosis/treatment planning.
• Proficient with Google Suite, company-wide software/platforms, and EHR systems where applicable.
• Intermediate computer skills and technical proficiency.
• Interest in advancing to a Supervisory/Leadership role.
• Primary residence in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Texas.
• Authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
