This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build positive and trustworthy relationships with patients.
• Assess and address mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to each patient's specific needs and situations.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling and treatment.
• Modify treatment plans as needed.
• Perform continuous evaluations of patient advancement.
• Include and advise family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (mandatory).
• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license pertinent to the office location; a valid and active license is required.
• Associate or intern-level therapists are not being considered for this role.
• Must maintain professional licensure and/or certification during employment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in guiding, directing, or influencing individuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to establish and sustain effective relationships with clients and their families.
• Proven experience with electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not mandatory.
• W-2 position with medical, dental, and vision coverage commencing on the first of the month following employment.
