Outbound Telesales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to members to promote and arrange virtual appointments.

• Clearly communicate the advantages of virtual appointments and their role in enhancing members' healthcare experiences.

• Utilize persuasive strategies to motivate members to schedule appointments.

• Address inquiries and concerns regarding virtual services, providing accurate information and support.

• Keep thorough records of calls, member responses, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.

• Follow up with members, external entities, and providers as necessary.

• Respond to member and provider inquiries efficiently to meet service and quality objectives.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.

• Remain updated on healthcare services and offerings.

• Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements when managing member information.

• Ability to engage meaningfully with customers to foster emotional connections and advocacy.

• Capability to simplify complexities and coordinate internal efforts for an optimal customer experience.

• Comfort in a telephonic intensive environment.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Experience in telephonic sales, whether inbound or outbound (preferred).

• Knowledge of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage (preferred).

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages without limitations or assistance (preferred).

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
