Outbound Team Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialists, offering daily coaching on call quality, adherence to scripts, and effective patient communication.

• Track call volume, enrollment conversion rates, and productivity metrics, adjusting the team's focus to achieve targets.

• Perform call audits and quality assurance evaluations, providing specialists with direct feedback aligned with Cadence's enrollment standards.

• Address escalated patient issues and complex enrollment cases that specialists are unable to resolve independently.

• Oversee daily scheduling and pipeline coverage to maintain enrollment levels in line with partner physician referrals.

• Onboard and train new Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialists on scripts, CRM workflows, and HIPAA-compliant patient interactions.

• Regularly report team performance and enrollment trends to the enrollment operations lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in outbound sales or patient enrollment, including previous high-volume, phone-based roles.

• Demonstrated experience conducting high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM and dialer platforms, with the capability to manage pipeline coverage across the team.

• Ability to uphold strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and Cadence standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing escalated or sensitive patient discussions.

• Proven experience as a team lead or manager.

• Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude or Gemini).
