Outbound Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Identify and create new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential prospects.

• Conduct targeted outreach utilizing warm leads from marketing initiatives and events.

• Respond promptly to incoming leads.

• Implement extensive outreach strategies via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and digital prospecting.

• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives within EMS and ambulance services, fire departments, fleet and commercial driver operations, insurance providers, risk management organizations, and safety associations.

• Achieve or surpass monthly goals for meetings and pipeline contributions.

• Keep accurate records of activities and ensure pipeline visibility in HubSpot.

• Assist in list creation and data enhancement initiatives.

• Work together with Marketing and Sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and messaging.

• Aid in follow-up efforts post-events and conferences to convert attendee lists into meetings.

• Build an initial pipeline and contribute to closed-won revenue through effective discovery and handoff processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales position.

• Demonstrated success in generating meetings through cold outreach efforts.

• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, aligning with U.S. business hours.

• Strong skills in handling objections effectively.

• Capability to thrive in a high-activity, metrics-focused environment.

• Effectiveness in a remote work setting.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to adopt new technologies and automation tools.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and focused on achieving results.

• Excellent organizational skills.
