This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Proactively reach out to current clients to promote additional FinTech services
• Handle a substantial volume of calls and outreach emails on a daily basis
• Maintain an active sales pipeline of over 200 opportunities
• Provide precise daily and weekly reports on pipeline developments
• Conduct research on eCommerce and identify potential clients
• Assist clients with the integration of payment solutions
• Perform data entry tasks and ensure CRM data accuracy
• Employ a consultative, solution-selling technique during all calls
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM
• Native or fluent German speaker with advanced English proficiency (C1)
• Previous experience in a sales role or call center setting is advantageous
• Driven by goals and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
