This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Actively seek out and investigate potential opportunities within the customer base in designated markets.
• Engage with sales qualified leads through nurturing campaigns, email communications, and other marketing-driven outreach efforts.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of prospective clients utilizing CRM tools.
• Initiate discussions with potential clients to comprehend their needs and provide customized emergency preparedness and compliance solutions.
• Arrange and carry out meetings or product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of promotional programs and merchandising marketing strategies.
• Participate in vendor product training sessions and ongoing HealthFirst training.
• Record sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Offer monthly pipeline forecasts and updates on sales progress to the Sales Manager using Salesforce and other sales reporting tools.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Act as the primary contact for customer sales activities and product support advice.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Prepare and present reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and sales performance.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as necessary.
• Generally, 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal interactions.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced setting.
• Strong selling, customer service, and negotiation expertise.
• Excellent telephone manners and the capability to manage a high volume of calls.
• Competence in addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to handle rejection and maintain resilience.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Remote work environment.
• Travel typically less than 10%.
• Ongoing training for HealthFirst.
• Vendor product training sessions.
• Participation in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions.
