This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Proactively discover and analyze potential opportunities within the customer base in targeted markets.
• Reach out to sales qualified leads through follow-ups from nurture campaigns, emails, and other marketing-driven outreach efforts.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of prospective clients utilizing CRM tools.
• Initiate discussions with potential clients to comprehend their needs and present customized solutions concerning emergency preparedness and compliance.
• Arrange and conduct meetings or product demonstrations to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and guarantee prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Stay informed about promotional programs and merchandising-marketing strategies.
• Attend vendor product training sessions and engage in ongoing HealthFirst training.
• Monitor and manage sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Provide monthly pipeline forecasts and updates on sales progress to the Sales Manager using Salesforce and other sales reporting tools.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer sales activities and product support guidance.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and sales performance.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as necessary.
• Typically, 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong selling, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent telephone etiquette with the capacity to manage a high volume of calls.
• Ability to effectively respond to inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
