Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 125 outbound calls daily

• Arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

• Inform patients about the significance of routine healthcare

• Foster trust and rapport with patients

• Professionally address objections while demonstrating empathy

• Accurately log every interaction

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Availability to work within Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST operating hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service

• Comfortable engaging with individuals throughout the day

• Capability to work towards quantifiable goals and KPIs

• Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Empathetic and professional communication skills

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not compatible)

• Minimum 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitor setup

• Webcam and headset required

• i5 processor or above

• High-speed internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• Backup power solution

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA standards

• Resume must be submitted in English

• Preferred qualifications: experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, call center roles, Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software
