Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Make over 125 outbound calls daily

• Arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

• Inform patients about the significance of routine healthcare

• Establish trust and rapport with patients

• Address objections professionally while demonstrating empathy

• Document every interaction accurately

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Work schedules within Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

• Complete all stages of the hiring process: application form, prescreen questionnaire, video interview, live interview, and final interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service

• Comfortable speaking with individuals throughout the day

• Enjoy working towards measurable goals and KPIs

• Ability to multitask across multiple systems

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Communicates with empathy and professionalism

• Must have a Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported)

• 16 GB RAM required

• Dual monitors needed

• Webcam and headset necessary

• i5 processor or higher is required

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) is necessary

• Backup power solution required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Preferred experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, call center, Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software
