Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 125 outbound calls daily.

• Arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments.

• Inform patients about the significance of regular healthcare.

• Establish trust and build rapport with patients.

• Address objections in a professional manner while demonstrating empathy.

• Accurately record each interaction.

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets.

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Complete all phases of the hiring process: application form, prescreen questionnaire, video interview, live interview, and final interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment scheduling, sales, or customer service.

• Comfortable interacting with individuals throughout the day.

• Ability to work towards defined goals and KPIs.

• Capable of multitasking across various systems.

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven.

• Empathetic and professional in communication.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).

• 16 GB of RAM.

• Dual monitor setup.

• Webcam and headset required.

• i5 processor or better.

• High-speed fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection.

• Backup power solution necessary.

• Proficient with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• All resumes must be submitted in English.

• Preferred experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, call centers, Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
