Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Place over 125 outbound calls daily

• Arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

• Inform patients about the significance of regular healthcare

• Establish trust and rapport with patients

• Address objections with professionalism and empathy

• Meticulously document each interaction

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets

• Safeguard confidential patient information while adhering to HIPAA regulations

• Work during operating hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST, and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service

• Comfortable engaging with individuals throughout the day

• Motivated by working towards measurable goals and KPIs

• Capable of multitasking across various systems

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Communicates with both empathy and professionalism

• Windows 11 PC is required (Mac not supported)

• Minimum 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitor setup

• Webcam and headset necessary

• i5 processor or higher

• High-speed fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)

• Backup power solution needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Must ensure the protection of confidential patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations

• Resume must be submitted in English

• Prior experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, call center roles, and familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software is preferred
