Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to patients for scheduling both preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments.

• Make over 125 outbound calls daily.

• Inform patients about the significance of routine healthcare.

• Establish trust and rapport with patients.

• Address objections professionally while showing empathy.

• Accurately document each interaction.

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets.

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service.

• Comfortable speaking with individuals throughout the day.

• Able to work towards measurable goals and KPIs.

• Capable of multitasking across multiple systems.

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

• Communicates with empathy and professionalism.

• Requires a Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitor setup is necessary.

• Must have a webcam and headset.

• i5 processor or better is required.

• A wired Ethernet connection with fibre internet is essential.

• Backup power solution needed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Completion of all stages of the hiring process is mandatory.

• Preferred experience includes appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, call center experience, and familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software.
