Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 125 outbound calls daily

• Arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

• Inform patients about the significance of regular healthcare

• Establish trust and rapport with patients

• Address objections with professionalism while demonstrating empathy

• Precisely record each interaction

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Operate within the schedule of Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment scheduling, sales, or customer service

• Comfortable engaging with individuals throughout the day

• Capable of working towards defined goals and KPIs

• Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously

• Well-organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Communicate with empathy and professionalism

• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems not supported)

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitor setup

• Equipped with a webcam and headset

• i5 processor or higher required

• High-speed fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• Backup power solution necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• All resumes must be submitted in English

• Experience with Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software is preferred

• Preference for candidates with appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, and call center experience
