Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Reach out to patients proactively to arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments.

• Make over 125 outbound calls daily.

• Inform patients about the significance of regular healthcare.

• Establish trust and rapport with patients.

• Address objections with professionalism and empathy.

• Ensure accurate documentation of each interaction.

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets.

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Availability during operational hours: Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service.

• Comfortable communicating with individuals throughout the day.

• Capable of working towards tangible goals and KPIs.

• Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven.

• Communicates with empathy and professionalism.

• Requires a Windows 11 PC; Mac is not supported.

• Minimum 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors are necessary.

• Must have a webcam and headset.

• An i5 processor or higher is required.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• A backup power solution is necessary.

• Must have Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, healthcare scheduling, call center roles, and familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, or similar CRM/contact center software.
