Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to patients to arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

• Make over 125 outbound calls daily

• Inform patients about the significance of routine healthcare

• Establish trust and rapport with patients

• Professionally address objections while demonstrating empathy

• Accurately record every interaction

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Complete all phases of the hiring process if chosen: application form, prescreen questionnaire, video interview, live interview, and final interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, in spoken and written forms

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service

• Comfortable speaking with individuals throughout the day

• Ability to work towards specific measurable goals and KPIs

• Capability to multitask across various systems

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Empathetic and professional communication skills

• Must have a Windows 11 PC; Mac systems are not supported

• 16 GB RAM required

• Dual monitor setup

• Webcam and headset needed

• i5 processor or better

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection necessary

• Backup power solution required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA standards

• Availability for shifts from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
