Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Make over 125 outbound calls each day

• Arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

• Inform patients about the significance of regular healthcare

• Establish trust and rapport with patients

• Address objections with professionalism while demonstrating empathy

• Document every interaction accurately

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Complete all phases of the hiring process: Application Form, Prescreen Questionnaire, Video Interview, Live Interview, and Final Interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment scheduling, sales, or customer service

• Comfort speaking with individuals throughout the day

• Enjoys striving towards measurable goals and KPIs

• Capable of multitasking across various systems

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Communicates with empathy and professionalism

• Requires a Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)

• 16 GB of RAM

• Dual monitor setup

• Webcam and headset

• i5 processor or better

• High-speed internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)

• Backup power solution

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Availability to work within the schedule of Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST, and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
