📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C clients via phone and articulate the insurance offer in a clear and precise manner.

• Assess each customer's individual circumstances and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Clarify the pertinent benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions associated with the insurance.

• Record conversations and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to all relevant regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Norwegian and possess strong English communication skills.

• Good understanding of MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Possess the necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Norwegian market.

• Able to provide proof of your training, experience, and any required registrations or authorizations for your position.

• A responsible and customer-oriented attitude towards sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone.

• Must have access to personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet speed of over 50.000 Mbit/s is required.
