📋 Description

• Reach out to current customers who have an outstanding loan balance.

• Present an insurance product that is intended to cover remaining debt under specific policy conditions.

• Engage with existing B2C customers via phone to clearly and accurately describe the insurance offer.

• Assess each customer’s individual situation and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Clarify relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions associated with the product.

• Record conversations and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to applicable regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Norwegian.

• Competent in English.

• Solid understanding of MS Office.

• Experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Norwegian market.

• Capability to present proof of training, experience, and any required registration or authorization for the role.

• A responsible, customer-oriented approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Possess personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet bandwidth exceeding 50,000 Mbit/s.
