Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Swedish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kosovo.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C customers via phone.

• Clearly and accurately present the insurance offerings.

• Assess each customer's individual circumstances and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Outline relevant benefits, costs, conditions, and exclusions.

• Record discussions and results in accordance with project guidelines.

• Adhere to all applicable regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients with outstanding loan balances.

• Introduce insurance meant to cover remaining debt under the conditions specified by the policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Swedish.

• Competent in English.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.

• Experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Qualifications necessary to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Swedish market.

• Capability to provide proof of training, experience, and any required registration or authorization for the position.

• A responsible, customer-centric approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor over the phone.

• Access to personal hardware: PC and/or laptop for work purposes.

• Internet speed requirement specified in the application form: must exceed 50.000 Mbit/s option available.
