📋 Description

• Reach out to existing B2C clients via phone.

• Clearly and accurately articulate the insurance offerings.

• Assess each customer's circumstances and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Communicate relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions.

• Record conversations and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to applicable regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data privacy.

• Present an insurance product aimed at covering outstanding loan balances under specified conditions outlined in the policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Norwegian and possess strong working knowledge of English.

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.

• Prior experience in outbound sales, banking, or the insurance sector.

• Necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients within the Norwegian market.

• Documentation of training, experience, and any registration or authorization needed for the position.

• A responsible, customer-oriented approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone.

• Access to personal hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes.

• Internet speed exceeding 50.000 Mbit/s.
