This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C customers via phone to present the insurance offer in a clear and precise manner.

• Assess each customer's circumstances and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Articulate relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions effectively.

• Record discussions and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to all relevant regulations concerning insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Finnish.

• Competent in English.

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.

• Experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Possess the qualifications necessary to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Finnish market.

• Capability to provide proof of training, experience, and any necessary registration or authorization for the position.

• A responsible and customer-oriented approach to sales.

• Confident and professional communication skills over the phone.

• Access to hardware: a PC and/or laptop for work purposes.
