This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the outbound enablement strategy for the Sales Development team.
• Create, enhance, and refine outbound playbooks, methodologies, and enablement materials for BDRs/SDRs, along with resources for Account Executives and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and oversee onboarding and ramp-up programs, including “Pipeline Ready” milestones and career advancement pathways.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, instructor-led workshops, certifications, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Establish programs addressing product launches, messaging updates, competitive positioning, and AI-driven selling strategies.
• Evaluate outbound performance metrics to pinpoint successful behaviors, coaching needs, and skill deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to enhance sales processes, reporting, technology utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Manage enablement for Gong, Claude, Clay, Salesforce, Trumpet, and new AI-powered selling platforms.
• Standardize outbound methodologies across global teams while allowing for regional adaptability and experimentation.
• Assess and report on enablement effectiveness through metrics such as ramp time, pipeline generation, activity quality, technology adoption, certification completion, and career advancement KPIs.
• Work alongside Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Promote an AI-first enablement culture by assessing new technologies and translating them into scalable workflows.
• Profound knowledge of tools commonly utilized by rapidly growing SaaS companies, including Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Data Enrichment, BI, and Customer Data Management.
• Data-centric and highly analytical, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to think innovatively and proactively drive performance improvements.
• Highly numerate with a strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Inherently curious and results-oriented.
• Proven AI literacy, including the use of AI tools to boost productivity, decision-making, and work quality.
• Good judgment and critical thinking skills.
