• Conduct outbound calls using designated contact lists

• Adhere to provided scripts and guidelines throughout discussions

• Accurately document call results and pertinent notes

• Organize your own schedule to accommodate available calling volume

• Maintain a consistent calling volume for continuous outreach campaigns

• Ability to work remotely while managing your own time effectively

• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette

• Must have access to a dependable phone and internet connection
