Outbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both current and prospective customers

• Market products, services, or special promotions

• Assess leads and arrange follow-up calls as necessary

• Keep precise records of calls and interactions with customers

• Achieve or surpass daily call and conversion goals

• Interact with customers and prospects from a home-based setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Prior experience in outbound sales or a call center is preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Self-driven and focused on results

• Capable of working independently in a remote environment

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Completion of a full application, including screening questions and a short pre-employment assessment, is required

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located is necessary

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting is required

• Consent to drug screening is required; this does not apply in Canada
