Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact full Claro clients to offer them the renewal of equipment with a fixed upgrade regarding home service.

• Manage sales and retention for home telecommunications services.

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Work under the RxH plan for the first three months, and starting from the fourth month, based on performance indicators, transition to the Pyme payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in CALL CENTER, ATC, or SALES.

• Vacancies available for Lima and provinces.

• Must have a PC/Laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3, 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum 8GB RAM memory.

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Headset with USB connection.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Secondary education required.
