Call Center Ventas - Turno Tarde

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Execute sales and cross-selling through a call center via voice communication.

• Handle promotions, sales, and customer service for telecommunications services.

• Work in the afternoon shift from Monday to Sunday, with a rotating weekly day off.

• Participate in paid virtual training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience in call center, sales, or cross-selling.

• Must have a laptop or PC.

• Wired internet from Win, Movistar, Claro, or Entel; only these four providers are accepted.

• Operating system: Windows 10 Pro or 11 Pro.

• Processor: Core i3 or higher, Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD A8 or higher.

• RAM of 8 GB or more.

• Secondary education.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday.
