Asesor de Ventas Inbound – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Handling incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing a product

• Assisting customers who are interested, without engaging in cold sales

• Working as an advisor for Claro Cross remotely

• Participation in paid training

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Claro Cross is not required

• Completion of Secondary Education

• Must have a PC or Laptop with Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise

• Headset required

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps (Wired)

• Availability to work full-time, morning shift, from 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM

• Work and training in a remote format
