Call Center Agent - Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact current Claro clients to offer equipment renewal and enhancements to their home service.

• Work on the OLAS campaign – Claro Perú.

• Adhere to Full Time or Mini Full schedules from Monday to Saturday.

• Engage in an 11-day training program: 6 days of theoretical training and 5 days of practical experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of experience in Call Center sales.

• A PC or laptop is required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10.

• Processor should be at least Core i3 5th generation or equivalent.

• Minimum of 8 GB of RAM is necessary.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset is required.

• Camera must be on during the training.

• RUC and Clave SOL are required.

• Completion of Secondary Education is necessary.

• Professional experience of less than 1 year is preferred.
