Outbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers.

• Promote products, services, or special promotional offers.

• Qualify leads and arrange follow-up calls as necessary.

• Maintain precise records of calls and customer interactions.

• Achieve or surpass daily call and conversion goals.

• Interact with customers and prospects from a home-based setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Previous experience in outbound sales or call centers is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Self-driven and focused on results.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace are essential.

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting is required.

• Must agree to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada.

• Completion of a comprehensive application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment assessment is necessary.
