Outbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers

• Advertise products, services, or promotional offers

• Evaluate leads and arrange follow-up calls as required

• Keep precise records of calls and interactions with customers

• Achieve or surpass daily call and conversion objectives

• Interact with customers and potential clients from a home-based setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Previous experience in outbound sales or call center roles is a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Driven and self-motivated with a focus on results

• Capability to operate independently in a remote environment

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential

• Completion of a full application, inclusive of screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment, is required

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting, is necessary

• Must consent to drug testing (not applicable in Canada)
