OTC Sales Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for OTC clients, managing communication and quoting through chat platforms.

• Oversee and provide support to junior desk staff responsible for daily quoting activities.

• Function as the key resource for management regarding all desk operations.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with counterparties including brokerages, treasury desks, payment providers, and fintech companies.

• Ensure the desk operates smoothly and reliably during Southeast Asian trading hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing sales or relationship management role within the finance sector, such as at a brokerage or bank's treasury or brokerage desk.

• Excellent communication abilities and comfort in managing client relationships throughout the entire process.

• Solid understanding of financial products and knowledge of trading and execution mechanisms.

• Willingness to work hours aligned with Southeast Asian market timings.

• Highly organized and reliable, capable of taking ownership of processes and managing the associated personnel.

• Experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or foreign exchange (preferred).

• A background in technical or trading roles (preferred).
