This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee all project activities to monitor lifecycle, budget, and progress towards objectives.
• Manage project timelines and production tracking tools.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and contractor partners.
• Collect data for progress reporting and update Smart Sheets on a daily basis.
• Provide daily status updates to leadership and weekly reports to both leadership and SVP.
• Share daily construction status updates, including cabinet and power tracking information.
• Ensure partners stay aligned with project schedules and goals.
• Monitor invoices and ensure timely payments in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
• Address construction complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days.
• Supervise Franchise Agreements to ensure compliance and prevent lapses.
• Manage competing priorities and interruptions from external stakeholders effectively.
• Keep accurate records in Street Sheets from partners on a daily basis.
• Maintain the Damage Report Tracker and provide weekly status updates to leadership.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and construction Smart Sheets is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, alongside strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of effectively building and sustaining relationships with internal stakeholders and contractor partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter able to adapt to project demands and manage competing priorities while ensuring work resumes after addressing issues.
• Strong analytical abilities: skilled in gathering and documenting data from various sources and reporting on it.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Coordinator experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proactive and independent, with the initiative to stay focused and aligned with goals.
• Experience in the Fiber or Telecom industry is preferred.
• Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of application.
• Regularly operates a computer, keyboard, and associated peripherals.
• Frequent periods of sedentary work involving the use of a computer, keyboard, and other peripherals.
• Near-constant engagement of sight, speech, hearing, comprehension, and reasoning skills.
